Shipping & Delivery Policy

Rani Astro products are digital PDF reports. Nothing physical is shipped. There are no shipping charges, courier partners, or delivery addresses involved.

Your personalized report (and any bonus reports included with your order) are delivered as PDF files through WhatsApp, to the mobile number you provide during the order. You will receive a private, secure download link made only for you.

Please double-check your WhatsApp number during the order — delivery happens to exactly the number you enter.

Reports are individually prepared from your birth details. Your report is normally delivered within 30 minutes of successful payment, during our delivery hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST. Orders placed after 7:00 PM or on Sunday are delivered the next working day. During periods of very high demand or festivals, delivery may take slightly longer — we will keep you informed on WhatsApp.

If you have not received your report within the delivery time above, message us on WhatsApp at +91 9360708738 or email hello@raniastro.com with your order phone number. We will locate your order and resend your delivery link immediately.
