• Order details: name, gender, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, and your WhatsApp mobile number — the information needed to prepare and deliver your report.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Cashfree Payments. We receive only a payment confirmation and reference id — never your card number, UPI PIN or banking credentials.
• Usage data: pages visited, form progress, approximate location (city/country), device information and the advertising source that brought you here, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form or WhatsApp.

To understand how visitors use our website and to measure our advertising, we use trusted third-party tools, including: Microsoft Clarity (anonymous session analytics and heatmaps), Google Tag Manager and Google analytics/ads tags, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and Conversions API, Taboola, and similar native-advertising measurement pixels. These tools may receive event data such as pages viewed or “purchase completed” (with personal identifiers hashed where applicable) so that we can measure campaigns and show relevant ads. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information. Your birth details are used only to prepare your report and are shared only with the team preparing it.

Your data is stored on secured cloud infrastructure with encrypted connections and strict access controls. Report files are stored privately and shared only through your personal delivery link.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements for payments), by writing to hello@raniastro.com from the number or address used on your order.

We use cookies and similar identifiers to keep the order flow working, remember your progress, and measure advertising. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings; parts of the order flow may stop working without them.
