Refund & Cancellation Policy

Rani Astro sells personalized digital astrology reports. Every report is individually prepared from the exact birth details you submit — your name, date of birth, time of birth, place of birth and gender — and delivered as a PDF file through WhatsApp. Because each report is custom-made for one specific person and delivered digitally, it cannot be returned, restocked, or resold.

All sales are final. Once a personalized report has been prepared or delivered, the payment is non-refundable. This includes situations where:

• you change your mind after placing the order;
• you disagree with, or are unsatisfied by, the astrological interpretations in the report — astrology is a traditional guidance practice and outcomes are not guaranteed;
• the birth details you submitted were incorrect and you did not inform us before report preparation started.

We stand fully behind the quality of our work. If there is a genuine mistake in your report — for example, it was prepared with different birth details than the ones you submitted, pages are missing or unreadable, or the wrong report was delivered to you — we will prepare a corrected report and deliver it to you free of charge. This is our only remedy: a corrected report, not a monetary refund.

To request a correction, contact us on WhatsApp or at hello@raniastro.com within 7 days of delivery, with your order phone number and a description of the mistake.

If you notice an error in the birth details you submitted, contact us immediately. If report preparation has not yet started, we will update your details at no cost. Once preparation has started, changes may not be possible.

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or money was deducted but your order was not created, the extra or failed amount will be refunded in full to your original payment method after verification with our payment provider (Cashfree Payments). Such refunds are normally processed within 5–7 working days.

Orders can be cancelled only before report preparation has started. Once our astrologers have begun preparing your personalized report, the order can no longer be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after payment.
