Which Gemstone Is Actually Yours?

Not the stone for your birth month. Not the one the shop had in stock. The stone your own birth chart calls for — with the weight, the metal, the finger and the day to begin wearing it.

Inside the Report

Six Answers, in Plain Language

Every section is written from your chart. Nothing is filled in from a template, and nothing depends on your star sign.

💎

Your primary stone

The one gemstone your chart calls for, chosen from the strength and position of your ruling planets — not from your birth month.

⚖️

Exact weight and metal

How many carats, in which metal, on which finger. A stone that is too light does nothing; the wrong metal cancels it.

📅

The day to begin

The weekday, the hour and the waxing period that suit your chart, with the mantra and the simple ritual to energise it.

🚫

Stones to avoid

The gemstones that clash with your chart, and why. This section matters more than most people expect.

🔁

Affordable substitutes

If your stone is a blue sapphire you cannot justify, the recognised upratna that carries the same influence for far less.

📄

Written, not generated

Prepared by our astrologer from your chart and sent as a PDF on WhatsApp. Yours to keep, and to show the jeweller.

Why It Matters

A Wrong Stone Is Not a Neutral Stone

The Most Common Mistake

Most people choose a gemstone from their birth month, their sun sign, or whatever a shop recommended on the day. Vedic astrology works from something narrower: the strength and placement of the planets in YOUR chart at YOUR moment of birth. Two people born the same week can need opposite stones. Wearing one that strengthens an already difficult planet does not simply fail to help — it can press on the very area of life you were trying to ease.

In Plain Words

How Your Lucky Gemstone Is Found From Your Birth Chart

Rashi Ratna, Birthstone, Lucky Stone — the Difference

A birthstone comes from a Western list — one stone per calendar month, the same for everyone born in it. A rashi ratna narrows that to your moon sign, which is closer but still covers a twelfth of everyone. A gemstone report starts from your kundali — the birth chart cast from your date, time and place of birth — and asks a narrower question: which planet in this chart needs strengthening, and which stone carries that planet?

Every Stone Belongs to a Planet

In Vedic astrology each of the nine planets has its gemstone: yellow sapphire for Jupiter, pearl for the Moon, red coral for Mars, emerald for Mercury, diamond for Venus, blue sapphire for Saturn, ruby for the Sun, hessonite and cat's eye for Rahu and Ketu. The question is never which stone is best. It is which planet your chart wants stronger — which is why a stone that changed your friend's fortunes can be exactly wrong for you.

Why the Weight, Metal and Finger Matter

A stone works by sitting against the skin, in the right metal, on the right finger, at a weight in proportion to the wearer. Worn too light it is jewellery; in the wrong metal its effect is blunted; on the wrong finger it feeds a different planet than intended. The report states each of these exactly, with the day and the mantra to begin — the details a shop rarely mentions.

If the Stone Is Beyond Budget

Every primary stone has a recognised substitute — an upratna — carrying the same planet's influence at a fraction of the price: citrine in place of yellow sapphire, moonstone for pearl, garnet for ruby. If your stone is a blue sapphire or a diamond you cannot justify, the report names the honest alternative rather than pretending the price problem does not exist.

What People Say Afterwards

★★★★★

I had been wearing a red coral for three years because a shop told me to. The report said it works against my chart and suggested a pearl instead. It explained why, which is what convinced me.

The part I did not expect was the weight and the finger. I always thought any size would do. Took the PDF to the jeweller and there was no argument.

Sushma P · Hyderabad
★★★★★

Blue sapphire was out of my budget. They gave a substitute stone that costs a fraction and explained it properly. An honest answer, not a sales answer.

Questions

Before You Order

How Is This Different From the Advice a Shop Gives Me?

A jeweller sells stones. The stone that suits your chart may be one they do not stock, or one that costs a tenth of what they would rather sell you. This is written from your birth chart, before anyone tries to sell you anything.

I Am Already Wearing a Stone. Should I Take It Off?

The report tells you whether the stone you have suits your chart. Sometimes it does, and you carry on with more confidence. When it does not, it explains why and what to wear instead — read it before you change anything.

What If I Do Not Know My Exact Birth Time?

Choose the closest period you know — morning, afternoon, evening or night. An exact time gives a sharper reading, but an approximate one is far better than not asking.

Which Languages Is the Report Available In?

Ten: English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi, Odia, Bengali and Gujarati. You choose on the next screen.

How Long Does It Take?

Usually within 30 minutes. It is prepared by a person, so a busy evening can take a little longer. The link arrives on WhatsApp the moment it is ready.

Can I Buy It for Someone Else?

Yes. Enter their birth details rather than yours. The report is about whoever the details belong to, and it comes to your WhatsApp.

Is This the Same As My Rashi Ratna?

A rashi ratna is chosen from your moon sign alone — one stone for a twelfth of everyone. This report reads your full kundali: the lagna, the moon sign and the strength of each planet together. Sometimes the answer matches your rashi ratna; often it does not, and the report explains why.

Do You Also Sell Gemstones?

No, and that is the point. We have nothing to gain from the answer. The report names your stone, its weight, its metal and its substitute — take it to any jeweller you trust and buy at your own price.

Stop Guessing Which Stone to Wear

Your chart already holds the answer. It takes a minute to ask.
